Hey! Welcome! I’m Mandy and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a Christian (not because of what I’ve done but because of who He is). I’m a wife to Jerry Johnson (who is, by far, the better half). We have been married for almost 32 years. I have 2 (really 3) grown kids (they are either married or engaged). Jerry and I are officially “empty nesters”. AND….. we have the most beautiful grand daughter. (She is the real VIP). Even though the nest is empty, this GRAND baby bird stays with me while her parents work so the nest is full of LIFE❤️ Oh, and we have two dachshunds and I also keep my “grand dachshund”. The nest gets really wild sometimes!

A lot of my “career” has been being a stay-at-home mom (now grandmother). A lot of my “career” has been as an interior decorator. I’ve had a few jobs but my favorite jobs ALWAYS include working with the public! I love people….. talking to people…..listening to people’s stories…..watching people etc.

I’ve always talked a lot! I over share. I put my foot in my mouth often. Sometimes I have to tell myself to “zip it” (unfortunately, I remember to “zip it” too late sometimes). Anyway, you can read more about me and why I started this blog in my first post, “It’s a blog”.
